Tout le monde voyait Arsenal s’imposer au match aller mais c’est finalement un match nul (2-2) qui aura lieu et qui arrangera beaucoup les bavarois. Les Munichois ont ce week-end battu 2-0 Cologne mais ont laissé filer le titre face au Bayer Leverkusen, le dernier salut possible cette année est donc la LDC. A domicile et face à une équipe d’Arsenal qui n’est pas au meilleur de sa forme, on verra une qualification des allemands pour le dernier carré.

Le match aller a été spectaculaire et le match retour le sera tout autant ! Cette fois-ci, les joueurs de Mikel Arteta semblent bien mieux armés et face aux problèmes d’efficacités du Bayern à l’extérieur, on privilégie une victoire des locaux pour ce pronostic Ligue des Champions. Rappelons que les Londoniens ont remporté leurs 4 matchs à domicile dans la compétition.
